HMIS New User Training Schedule and Registration

Please read as our training process has changed.

In order to attend the live training, you must complete two prerequisites beforehand in our Learning Management System. Please plan on blocking off approximately 2 to 3 hours to fulfill the prerequisites. They focus on privacy and security and basic navigation of HMIS using Clarity Human Services.
A laptop/desktop computer, use of video, a quiet space, and participation are required for virtual trainings.
You will be able to register for a live training once the prerequisites have been completed. Once registered, you will receive an email from Zoom with a calendar invitation and link to the Zoom meeting. You must register by the morning of the day before the live training to be able to attend.

Navigate to https://cambridgehmis.talentlms.com/ and click on Sign Up to create an account in our Learning Management System (LMS). Once your account is approved, you will be assigned the prerequisite courses.
Complete the Privacy and Security course and then the Clarity General Training course. At the end of that course, you will see links to register for a live training through Zoom.
