New Clarity User Interface

The new interface is currently live! You can toggle between the old and new interface by clicking the arrow icon in the top right of the screen next to the mailbox icon until October 1, 2026, when the old interface will be retired.

  • Watch this demo – brief interactive sessions showing Clarity’s new look navigating common functions: searching, adding a new client, enrollment, etc.

  • Complete the Clarity Human Service New Interface course. All active CHMIS users should have received a “you were assigned to a new course” email from TalentLMS

  • When using CHMIS, use the new interface for a period of each login time.
