Exit Outcomes from Shelters Serving Individuals

To inform recent community conversations on Emergency Shelter operations in our CoC, we recently published data on the most recent exit outcomes for Cambridge, MA shelters that serve individuals expriencing homelessness. The content included in the slides represents Emergency Shelters that operate year round and on a seasonal basis.
